Merry 5th day of Christmas ðŸŽ¶

So, many of us have been given two and a half days to get back in the swing of things at our jobs.

Then the New Year’s Eve festivities commence. Weather permitting in certain areas of course. 😉  Its like we hurry up and get back to the our daily routines, and then suddenly halt, and try to relax and enjoy ringing in the New Year, as long as one is not freezing their toes off, needing to shore up sand bags, or God help those who are being pushed out of their homes or worse due to their Faith.

All real life concerns, but in ALL scenarios, no matter how small or dire, it still comes back what Firm  Foundation we are choosing to stand on and what  we were called to do during each Advent Season?

Maranatha!

This is an Aramaic phrase found in the New Testament,1 Corinthians 16:22,  meaning “Our Lord, come!” or “Our Lord has come”.

The term comes from two Aramaic words: “maran,” meaning “our Lord,” and “atha,” meaning “come” or “has come”.

The goal during this season of Advent, is/was/always will be, is for us to draw ourselves ever closer to Jesus, calling to Him as the celebration of His Birth by making a choice to draw ever nearer to Him.

“Come Lord Jesus Come!”

Let us remind ourselves and  one another to continue our Advent calling by drawing  nearer to Him every day we are gifted another day to wake up to a new dawn in the Light of His Birth.

He is our Hope for a New and Everlasting Dawn.
