Adventuring Out! 🎢

Its been a very long time since I ventured out past my little slice of Heaven on earth.

Today, I find myself traveling, approximately 1816 miles, from my humble abode.

Nervous?

Oddly, no not at all, but I take no credit. None! For I, know in my heart this calm and peaceful feeling was only because I asked for the Lord to guide me in what He needed me to do. The rest is what He put in motion through my precious children and dear precious friends.

I just had to keep reminding myself to get out of the way  and allow Our Lord to take the lead.

Its a lot harder for one, who gets handed the reigns or tends to take the reigns. πŸ₯΄

Just another move happening in  my life that was destined  to happen.

Do not misunderstand me, I love my life. For every pathway and byway I took, I gained knowledge and experience to share in the future, and many hats to wear. Some I wore gor a brief time, while others I was in the height of my glory, while doning the cap.

One being the eldest daughter, and oldest sister, friend, stage make up artist, cosmetologist, volleyball and softball coach, racquetball player and coach, religious ed teacher, confidant. One of my biggest hat and the one I have worn the longest. Though its tattered and worn, it fits perfectly, and I wear it with honor is my wife mother of six crown of Glory. The most fun was being S.F.S. P.E. and Elementary and Jr High Athletic Director and Newspaper/ Yr Adviser. My most creative hat was that of a Cantor,  music minister,  ensemble director, children’s choir director, teen choir director  and G.H.S.God Squad Worship Group.

The hat I felt called to move into was being a lay herbal and classical homeopathic enthusiast, our of necessity, and boy I am sure grateful I did.

The most eye opening hat I was was given to place upon my head was to wear as a Homeschooling Mom, and thanks to my dear sister in law, she guided my husband and I to share that hat.  The hat that is an utter blessing is that of asking to become  a homeschooling grandma two times over.

The widow hat was the one I struggle to keep on top of my head, mostly because of the daily joys I am given just to be apart of my children and grandchildren’s lives.

So as I embark on a featherless bird, I will be embracing letting go of my fears, and embracing the present moment.

From the bottom of my heart, it is an honor and privilege to be granted the opportunity to be asked and for family and friends to support and help me be by my son and daughter in law’s sides at such a momentous moment in their marriage

Thank you to all my friends and family, who helped making this journey a reality.

Once our newest addition arrives, and once parents give the okay, pictures will be forth-coming.

Thank- you! Thank you, and Thank you forevermore.

Blessings and Prayrrs for you and your families,

Deanna DeBondt
