Coming Back to the Heart of Worship 🎶

When the day is done, and we find ourselves focusing on all we did not get to, instead of giving thanks for all we were able to accomplish, I challenge you to take a step back.

Take a deep long breath in through your gorgeous functioning nose.

Hold your breath for three (3) seconds with your wonderfully made pair of lungs.

Then slowly exhale through your amazing mouth.

Repeat again five (5) to (10) times.

Focus on being aware of how your extraordinary body appreciates the precious acceptance of oxygen deep into your Temple of the Holy Spirit.

Feel your veins and arteries expand as the oxygen is being accepted into your respiratory system and then transferred to your circulatory system by way lungs to heart to brain and each of your vital organs, muscles and out to your limbs, fingers and toes.

What an amazing God we serve. A Creator and animator of everything in our precious body, so perfectly linked together.

Our bodies are a testament of God being with us, in us, and if we choose, He will work through us every second of every day.

What we are able to accomplish  or not accomplish in a given day is not as important as, offering every breath we take, every move we make, and everything we say or refrain from saying up to God to use for His Greater Glory.

Go to Jesus with your hearts open wide and lay all at His Feet each night in humble worship and Thanksgiving.

In the Heart of Worship, we are drawn closer to Our Lord and Savior.

Blessings, Love and Lots of Prayers for Our Families, our neighborhoods, our cities, our states, our country, and all countries around the world.

  1. I’ve never felt more fellowship with anything I’ve read or heard before, than in what you posted, sang, and said ♥️ Praise the Lord, thank you, precious Holy Spirit 🙌

    1. I had no doubt, you dear friend. would be awate of when another is being called to step back and get prepared to serve in a yet another unknown way. Truly you are a Dear Sister in Christ, and I am forever grateful for our sons being the innocent instruments that brought us together. ❤️
