Lately when night falls, and I finally decide to get myself to bed, one of the melodies from the many responsorial psalms I have had the honor of cantoring, have been popping into my head, and I find myself staring at the ceiling, singing the Psalm out loud.
Tonight, as my mind drifted to neighborhood, to city, then state, country and worldly shenanigans, Psalm 23, Sarah Hart’s particular melody was swirling around in my head and again in these wee hours of the morning, I felt called to make a Joyful Noise unto the Lord.
Sharing this Psalm for any and all who are looking for support. I’m here singing the Lord’s Praise for all who are scared, lonely, in pain, or lost. This song is for you.
Close your eyes let the Word of God comfort your very soul. 🙏
