When you struggle to get up in the morning, just thinking of your ever-growing “To Do List!”;
Stop thinking!
Breathe!
Pray!
Move forward!
When an unexpected incident smacks you in the face, attempting to hault you in your tracks;
Stop over-thinking!
Take several deep breaths!
Recenter yourself in pray!
Continue to move forward!
When you made it to the end of your day, and your mind us spewing all the unattended to tasks on your “To Do List”;
Stop! Close your eyes Whipser Enough!
Breath in the Peace of the Holy Spirit until your mind is quiet.
Move forward and enjoy a restful Peace!
Repeat!
