We hear many middle-aged and more so, our elders, share their testimonies beginning with the statement “When I reached a turning point in my life…”
Last night, at 8:45pm, I suddenly decided I was going to clean the kitchen and bathrooms. I can already surmised some people thinking, “Who in their ever- loving mind, decides they are going to attempt to do house -cleaning in the evening.”
Its me!πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
I assure you, it was not a preplanned decision.
My adult children will gladly attest to the fact that when I get going on a one (1) project, I will push through until I am done. π₯΄
I viewed it as a gift, but my family not so much hiccup as I tackle the project I originally set out to do, but also find other projects along the way, and tend to not stop until all are completed.
I thought my “gift” worked even better when I had an entire family to help or at least tell me it was time to stop. LOL! Though I found out to my chargin, my family seriously viewed my multi-tasking “skills” as anything but a gift.π
Now, as I am supposedly reaching my wiser years, I need to be aware when my body screams, “Hey lady, you need to sit down before you fall down!” π€£ππ€£ππ€£ππ€£ππ€£π
Today, I reached yet another turning point in my life to do what I can, rest and pick up where I left off.
Bottomline: I thank the Lord He sends multiple turning points to point me on the path He needs me to get back on.
