Total Trust is not created in a day, a week, or even in a year. Total Trust is created every minute by minute we are together, every moment we are apart, and every memory we create together.
It is why we, as parents, are given the immense responsibility of being our children’s primary teachers. Parents hopefully love their children more than anyone on this earth, besides their very caring grandparents, and all will rise up to the challenge of sharing the best ways they were taught by their parents/grandparents, teaching them about the One Who Loves us the Most.
These are the paramount gifts parents can give their offspring;
The Gift of being loved, accepting love, sharing love, being grateful for the love, and the Knowledge of the Love of God, Who created us in His likeness and Image.
These gifts need to be lovingly shared, taught and nurtured by example, throughout our lives we are blessed to be in our children’s lives in order to help our children have a prayer of cultivating a Total Trust in the Lord.
It’s not for our benefit as parents, but for the future survival of our children, so that when, we as parents and grandparents are called back home, we leave them standing on a Firm Foundation with Total Trust in their hearts.💕
