What food would you say is your specialty?

There is not a particular food that makes what I prepare my specialty, but all the Love that has been handed down through the generations of wives and mothers in my family, who taught me how to pour that Love into every meal I repair for another. Being it a P.B.&J. sandwich to Beef Stroganoff.
