Prepare So You are Ready to Move Forward.

When we look toward the inspired Word of God, we are instructed to: prepare,
our minds,
hearts,
bodies,
souls and
homes.

We are called to prepare our minds to think of God first and seek His:
Comfort,
Guidance,
Help,
Wisdom and
Love before moving forward.

We are called to prepare our Hearts,
by inviting the Lord to continue to reside deeper with in it. Also, known as the Home God placed Himself the moment He breathed life into us. The Spark of Life.

We are called to prepare our bodies to be the best servants and handmaids for the Lord’s Greater Glory.

We are called to prepare our souls and be aware of our need to:
Know,
Love and
Serve the Lord in every thing with think, say and do and everything we don’t think say do.

We begin this process by doing the above daily. 24/7

This is how we begin to allow the Dr of all Healers, heal our Temple of the Holy Spirit.

It is not how many mani, pedi, spa days, we rack up or how many dates we schedule with fair-weathered friends we make, but its what we “do” to invite and nurture our relationship with Our One and only Creator that will help us heal hurts and sustains as we walk through pain and adversity. By being open to accepting His Love, and using the Sacraments He instituted in order to receive fully His Grace and all the Fruits and Gifts he pours out through those Sacraments, by our Faith and through His promise we are given everything we need to may be equipped to move forward to truly share His Love, and help those who are placed in our path.

We cannot properly do the Lord’s work to the best of our ability on any given day, if we are empty of Christ’s Love. We fall short every time, if we choose to omit the Creator of Love.

During times in our lives we are met with ailments, pain, adversity, suffering and yes tragedy. Yes, this sounds scary and down right horrible, “IF” one has been trying to barrel through adversity alone, thinking, “I do it all and will it away!” tactic the Greatest Lie of the evil one. History repeats itself from the beginning of time, as this was the first sin, original sin, the sin of Pride, the belief; we, by ourselves can do it all without needing anyone else.” “Bad Luck!” they say, when things do not go their way. My knee jerk reaction is to say, “There are ‘No’ coincidences, only opportunities to change direction, and seek the help of Our Creator.” But in my heart, I hear, “Breathe! They are not open yet to hearing that message, so I pray, pray, pray for an opportunity to share the Truth with them.”

It is immensely humbling to know; inspite of adversity, through the Gift of my grandparents and my parents direction and Faith, I have been given the insight to witness, through their adversity, how to be open to the Gift of Discernment, given to me at my Baptism and deeped by my acceptance of Christ through my Confirmation, to be capable of being able to move through adversity with a Peaceful Heart and of Hope, and overcome such intense sadness, grief and despair thst I have been called to walk through this far in my life. It is no picnic, and I pray I will have the enough Fortitude and Perserverance, two more Gifts of the Holy Spirit, to continue my Life’s mission here on earth.

Adversity is a call to allow ourselves to run with tear stain faces into the arms of our Savior for Consolation, Love and Support, knowing we cannot do anything without the Wisdom from the One Who Created us. To kneel before the One Who chose us for a specific Mission for His Plan with our arms stretched to the Heavens asking for the Keys to chose our Eternal resting place.

Hopefully, we have been blessed to have precious God- Loving people to physically go to help us seek a relationship with Christ. But if many of those precious God Loving people, we had in our lives, and we were called to walk beside them until they went back HOME, are not physically present, I can attest, by the Grace of God and His Endless Mercy of Love, keeps the Love and Wisdom we gleaned from our our Loved ones, alive in our hearts and memories. When we seek counsel through prayer, indeed all that we have learned comes forward, when we need it most.

Only a Merciful Loving God would allow our lose and grief to be turned into beautiful memories, as we recall the Love shared, Wisdom gained, and the Joy and Hope, we will meet again.

Society’s Lie:

“We must always be doing something.”

“Doing is a double edged sword.
We can over do as well as not do enough.”

God’s Truth:

“Come to me, ALL WHO LABOR, and heavy laden down, and I will give you rest!” Matthew 11:28-30

Prepare by going to the Lord first. Seek His Counsel in prayer and meditation, or with a God- loving famy member or Counselor, and through Him He will come to your aid, so you will be equipped for your mission in life

May you always be covered in His Truth by His Life Saving Sacrifice for all on the Cross at Calvary ✝️ Amen
