My dearest daughter and a dear friend and fellow music minster, invited me to a Worship Night at another Church, and it was the balm I needed for my wounded heart.
As our music ensemble and children’s choir, I was called to direct, are literally still banned from praising the Lord in our own Church, I dare say, it has been a very humbling lesson in obedience to say the least. Attending Mass in a very sterile environment, and I do not mean in the medical sense, but a Spiritual sense.
Observing once a vibrant service with congregational participation, now witnessing suppression of how we are being told how can and cannot worship Our Lord is heart-wrenching. The weaving of the control and fear penetrating within the congregates as well as flowing from the pulpit, continues the barrage of “THE PROPAGANDA”. Even the Homilies and Prayers of the Faithful continue to be aligned with perpetuating the false narratives, keeping the faithful fearful. The very lies I see as sheer evil slithering through the aisles and into the minds of the fearful, working to push us back into the catacombs. Little to no congregational participation, muffled responses at best, with limited praising thru song to the point missalets are taken out of the pews, resulting no one able to follow the prayers let alone the songs. It took literally thirty (30) years to help our Church parishioners to feel comfortable enough to sing out praises to Our Lord. Needless to say, this breaks my heart at how fast our faithful let go of the very thing that would dispel the fear.
FEAR has stopped many in its tracks. I would have thought the faithful in ALL Churches would be running for their FOUNDATION of TRUTH. “Fear not” in some way shape or form is found in the Bible 365 times. The inspired WORD. God knew we would need to hear this message every single day of the year, but the ones at the helm of Our Church seem to have steered off course. Yet we go to our Churches, and the “FEAR NARRATIVE is not only alive and well, Which stands to reason, since March 21, 2020, math analysts calculated the “Fear Narrative” has been estimated to be presented to us 900 million times and counting, if you are faithful to the main stream media (MSM). My heart is aches to hear our Faithful Brothers and Sisters praising the Lord with a Joyful Noise. It is almost like, I can feel Our Lord weeping with me. I want to run to the front of the Church and literally lead the people to raise the roof with “HEARTFELT HALLELUJAHS! RESOUNDING HE HAS RISEN! PENETRATING CONVICTIONS OF FEAR NOT FOR OUR LORD IS WITH US!”
I can honestly say, I truly understand the statement Maya Angelou is attributed to sharing with the world. ” A bird doesn’t sing because it has an answer, it sings because it has a song.

until the heaviness of fear is abated and A JOYFUL NOISE proclaiming YOUR TRUTH is the only sound that can be heard throughout the Universe+
